Quality Assurance

Built on Precision – Every batch is tested to meet exacting standards from incoming scrap to finished ingot.

Incoming Raw Material Testing

Every delivery of scrap or primary aluminium is analysed using optical emission spectrometers. Composition is verified against standards before melting – only approved material enters production.

In‑Process Control

During melting, samples are taken at regular intervals. Alloying elements are adjusted in real time to maintain target chemistry. Furnace logs and temperature curves are recorded for each heat.

Finished Product Testing

Final ingots are tested with mobile spectrometers; a certificate of analysis accompanies every shipment. Random samples are retained for reference.

Physical Testing (On Request)

We offer microstructure analysis (grain size, silicon modification), hardness tests, and tensile properties as per customer specifications.

Integrated systems for consistent metallurgy

Material Traceability

Each production batch is documented from raw material receipt to dispatch. Heat numbers, test reports, and process records enable full backward traceability.

Standards Alignment

Manufacturing follows relevant industry practices (ADC, LM, etc.) and customer‑specific alloy requirements. We align with international norms where requested.

Process Monitoring

Furnaces, spectrometers, and weighing systems are calibrated regularly. Melt temperature, holding time, and degassing are controlled within defined windows.

Defect Control

Inspection procedures (visual, dimensional, and analytical) help maintain ingot quality within tolerance limits. Non‑conforming material is quarantined and reworked.

Controlled Scrap Usage

Only approved and tested recycled materials (Trump, UBS, Boring, etc.) are used in production. Each scrap grade is verified before charging.

Workforce Awareness

Operational teams follow structured practices for safety and quality. Regular training ensures consistent handling, sampling, and documentation.

Environmental Responsibility

Energy usage, emissions, and industrial waste are monitored to support responsible manufacturing – a core part of our quality ethos.

Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES) – Every melt is analysed with our in‑house spectrometers. We provide a certificate of analysis with each shipment, detailing the exact chemical composition. For further confidence, physical test reports are available on request.
